Good evening Wastelanders! Past two weeks were really stressful for us behind the scenes. Everyone encouraged me to create another map, but as I feared, everything failed. We are really sorry for the emergency wipe, but there was no other way. Not only the no stability being abused, there were more and more issues appearing which put us into a really difficult position. We had only two choices – going through all this misery until today, or just end it and do an exceptional wipe. Good evening Wastelanders! It’s been quite a while since the last changelog! However, we feel like there is really a lot to say today. What a rollercoaster this wipe was! Even though we know, that many of you were disappointed to see only a procedural map, we are really happy that we could finally test out weather procedural map fixes the issue with crumbling bases and if it’s connected to the map itself or plugins. Spooky evening Wastelanders! Halloween time is around and we’re bringing you some small wipe info again! The Halloween event has been active since Monday. You can dress up as a ghost, grab your pumpkin bucket and hoard all the candies in the map again! There came one really unexpected event with it: WEATHER! Good evening Wastelanders! The times behind the Rusty Wasteland scenes became slightly chaotic and there was slightly no place for any changes or other important news. Good evening Wastelanders! It’s the time of the month again! We’re heading towards the time where the forced update will hit and server will get wiped again. Since there is the forced wipe, which often breaks quite a few things and Facepunch brings us new content, we don’t apply too many changes tonight on our server either. Good evening Wastelanders! The forced wipe broke more, than we actually expected, but we are slowly recovering and catching up all the bugs. The most affected one was the map. Unfortunately, part of the custom monuments didn’t work as intended and the places couldn’t be used into the fullest. We’re really thankful for your patience and support! Reusing the map Map is one of the most sensitive parts of forced updates. Even though Rando did whatever was in his powers to fix the issues, it was unfortunately impossible. Good evening Wastelanders! You haven’t heard much from us last few days as we enjoyed a few free days. However since there is the forced wipe on the way, we have returned to the important duties! Due our abscence, we haven’t applied any big changes. There is a few small things worth mentioning though. Car shop fix The car shop has got some important changes. We have noticed an issue with one of particles being removed with every restart, which brought the whole staff team nightmares and sleepless nights. Good evening Wastelanders! It is the time of the month again where we get a new patch including a forced wipe. However, this one is super exciting one! The long awaited modular cars are in! There is a few information you should know about them though. The cars will be spawning along the road the same as the gyrocopters did until now with three different types of chassis and can be modified with 12 different modules. The default spawn is 60 vehicles in whole map, so this way we would like to warn you, that there is no need to hoard them. Be fair and do NOT get more than…
