Our staff team provides full support both in and out of the game. Every member plays an important role and is ready to help with both common and more complicated situations. They also have the experience and tools needed to deal with problematic players when necessary.

Assistants
Assistants are able to handle less complicated situations where higher staff intervention is not necessary. These positions are often intended for Staff in training, helping them slowly build confidence and improve their problem-solving abilities. While Assistants cannot issue bans, they still have other effective disciplinary tools available to them.

Chatmods
Chat Moderators monitor chat and help answer the most commonly asked questions. They can mute problematic players when necessary, moderate images or drawings posted in-game, and pass more serious punishments and reports to higher staff roles.
